Tanglung Party

Tanglung is a traditional Chinese festival which falls on day 15 in the first lunar calendar, 14 days after the Chinese New Year (around late January and early February). This celebration is to mark the end of Chinese New Year greeting. The celebration also recognized as Yuanxao Tanglung Jie.
lanterns or Teng Leng Teng Lung Lo, at first used only during night patrolling to locate fugitive crime, usually lanterns plus mandarin and red writing.

Since then the lanterns became famous, as his gratitude to the people installing Lie Seng Cu lanterns, and at the end of the new year the community also put up lanterns as a sign of blessing beg, Ping An in the end the new year.
The most popular food for the festival Tanglung is Yuanxiao. Half a place to call this food with a name or Tong Yuen Siu Yuen. Yuanxiao is trusted name with the name of the king's concubine Wu in Han Dynasty.
